Each session delivered by a highly experienced qualified coach. Our programme is so well designed that anyone can get started and achieve amazing results from our venues across Yate. We can adapt sessions to work around injuries and fitness levels, really putting YOU at the heart of your workout.  

NUTRITION SUPPORT GUIDE:

Nutrition plays a huge part in achieving results, we support you by supplying a simple, effective nutrition guide that doesn't take the fun out of food. 

Our guide will cover EVERYTHING you need to know to get results, from what foods to eat, when to eat them, all in a way that suits you.

THE BLAST FITNESS HIGH PROTEIN RECIPE BOOK:

A copy of our Recipe book. 

Easy and tasty recipes that work for all the family.

Video guides and My Fitness Pal barcode for easy tracking.

THE MEAL PLANS:

Sometimes we just want to follow a simple plan to get started.

With our Meal Plan book, you can get started straight away for quick results, before learning the ropes from our Nutrition Guide for long term success.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Our classes take place at local schools and halls, Broadway Infant School, Yate Academy and Ridgewood Community Centre.

There is ample free parking at all our venues.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS AVAILABLE?

Monday - 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm

Wednesday - 7:30 pm

 

Thursday- 7:30 pm

Friday - 9:30 am

You are not alone in feeling like this, you'd be amazed how often we get asked. Everyone we work with had to start at some point, I can guarantee you everyone I work with wants to help and support each other, its part of the Blast Fitness way.  

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

All our sessions are between 50 and 60 minutes long. Most sessions will be nearer to 60 minutes,
