A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION EVERY WEEK:
Each session delivered by a highly experienced qualified Personal Trainer in groups of up to 5 people. Our programme is so well designed that anyone can get started and achieve amazing results from our private studio gym in Yate. We adapt and personalise our programmes to make sure everyone is getting a truly personal experience.
ACCESS TO OUR FITNESS CLASSES:
Our fitness classes are a great way to get moving and burn some extra calories. We keep the heart rate high but the impact low, making our classes perfect for all abilities.
1-2-1 NUTRITION COACHING:
Nutrition plays a huge part in achieving results, we support you by creating a simple, effective nutrition plan that doesn't take the fun out of food. We work with you to come up with a plan to maximise your life and stop those age related niggles and complaints in their tracks.
DAILY SUPPORT FROM OUR COACHING TEAM
Our support and advice is always on hand when you need it most, we can touch base every day if you need to. We'll take you from where you are now, to where you really, truly want to be.
