Each session delivered by a highly experienced qualified Personal Trainer. Our programme is so well designed that anyone can get started and achieve amazing results from our private studio gym in Yate. We adapt and personalise our programmes to make sure everyone is getting a truly personal experience.  

UNLIMITED ACCESS TO OUR FITNESS CLASSES

Love exercising with others? So do we, that's why we are giving you unlimited membership to our fitness classes - worth £49.00

A FULLY CUSTOMISED NUTRITION PROGRAMME

Nutrition plays a huge part in achieving results, we support you by creating a simple, effective nutrition plan that doesn't take the fun out of food. You'll get a nutrition consultation where we can discuss what type of support and structure you need, then give you all the tools to sustain this. 

DAILY SUPPORT FROM OUR COACHING TEAM

Our support and advice is always on hand when you need it most, we can touch base every day if you need to. We'll take you from where you are now, to where you really, truly want to be.

A SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP

Our Facebook support group is a perfect way to socialise and connect with people on the same path as you. Like minded people to share your journey with.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Our private studio gym is based at Ridgewood Community Centre

 Just down the road from Yate Shopping Centre.

There is ample free parking on site, and is in easy walking distance of both Yate and Chipping Sodbury.

All our fitness classes are based at local Schools in Yate.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS AVAILABLE?

Monday - 9:30 am - 12:15pm

Tuesday - 7:00 am - 9:30 am - 12:15 pm - 6:00 pm

 

Wednesday - 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

 

Thursday- 7:00 am - 9:30 am - 12:15 pm - 6:00 pm

 

Friday - 12:15 pm - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

 

WHAT DOES MY £99 BUY?

  1. 2x Training session per week for 28 days delivered through our renowned 'Semi Private' system. Semi Private Personal Training has all the benefits of 1-2-1 training, in a small group (maximum 3 people), 
     

  2. Nutrition Coaching. A bespoke nutrition plan. We'll have a nutrition review, then we can decide together what strategy is best for you. From meal templates and meal plans to calorie targets and MyFitnessPal guides. Our goal is to help you find a sustainable way of eating, whilst still getting fast results.
     

  3. Unlimited access to our fitness classes. Whether you're looking to speed up your results, or just love the fun of a fitness class, we are giving you unlimited access to our group training, this alone is worth £49.00. 
    We tend to find, people who train 3-4 times per week get the best results too, so it's definitely worth taking advantage of.
     

  4. Access to our daily support forum. We'll ask you everyday how you are getting on via our incredible support community, in a private Facebook group. That's right, we care about you the whole time, not just during your session.

It's not about your start point, it's about where you are going. You are not alone in feeling like this, you'd be amazed how often we get asked. Everyone we work with had to start at some point, I can guarantee you everyone I work with wants to help and support each other, its part of the Blast Fitness way.  

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

All our sessions are between 45 and 60 minutes long. Most sessions will be nearer to 60 minutes, while our lunch time sessions will be around 45 minutes giving you plenty of time to get to and from the office.
