Couch 2 5k are a beginners running program taking place over a 9 week period. They are great for anyone who wants to achieve their first ever 5k, or if your coming back from an injury or rest from running.  


These sessions are well structured to gradually increase your distance week by week. Each session includes a good warm up, followed by the main session. At the end you'll be taught a strength exercise you can do at home to improve your running.
