Circuits is our fun and effective fitness class.

With warm up games, fun finishers and a great team environment, you will always be kept motivated and entertained.

Every week is different, using body weight, kettlebells, balls and plenty more, your body and mind will be adapting and improving every session.

There will always be low impact alternatives and we can work around many injuries to still give you a good quality, well balanced workout.

Most session involve going around stations in small groups, this gives the competitive among you the chance to push each other on, whilst the non competitive can still work at their own pace.

We almost always move on stations after a set time rather than amount of repetitions so no one is ever left behind.
